Talk & Assess
Let’s meet, or speak on the phone and talk about what your home goals are, what you need and what you want. I’ll go over all the necessary information to start your journey!

Get Pre-Approved
Whether you use our lender or your own, getting pre-approved will help you set real expectations when on the hunt for your home.

Start the Search
I will help keep an eye out for homes that match the criteria you're looking for. I'll send you listings that I know you'll love.

Commitment
After viewing a few homes and allowing you to get to know me and my work ethic, I'll ask if you'd like to continue working with me as your agent. If so, we will sign an agreement designating me as your Exclusive Agent and proceed with the journey.

Submit an Offer
Making an offer is so exciting, I'll provide you with options that will increase the chances of your offer being accepted.

Home Inspection
Your offer was accepted, and the inspection is a huge imortant step. Getting the home appraised and inspected gives you a better understanding of the value and condition of the home.

Closing Day
This step is exciting, as you'll be finalizing the process by signing the closing paperwork. After funding and recording have taken place, you'll get the keys to your new home!

Move In!
Congratulations!, at this point you will have the keys to your new home and you may begin moving in. Thank you for allowing me to have been a part of that journey.
